2003 Saturn Vue Key Fob Programming

I bought a Fob key from a GM Dealer and I did the steps of programming a new key which was to put the key in the ignition and wait 10 minutes while a blinking security light stops(Car with a lock looks like a dome). Once the light was to stop you were to do it another 2 times. My Issues: I tried programming the key, and wait 10 minutes while the dome stoped blinking, but it seemed never to stop and I had waited longer than 10 minutes. Even though the wires are unplugged the car still has everything on the dash working, but the car is not running. I don't find what the problem is. Any advice is welcome. |

What do you mean by 'had all its wires unplugged'? Are you talking about the battery having been disconnected or are you referring to a 'wiring harness' / 'wiring loom'?Specifically what was unplugged and WHY was it unplugged?
